Describe the process the way it actually runs, including the step everyone works around. Which systems are involved, roughly how often it happens, and who does it today. That is enough for us to tell you whether it is worth automating.
How quickly will you reply?
One person reads these and you will get a reply, usually within one working day. If the honest answer is that your process is not worth automating, that is what you will get - it costs us a lead and saves you a bad purchase.
Do you need access to our systems to quote?
No. A description and a couple of real examples are enough to scope and price the work. Access comes later, once there is a written quote you have agreed to.
